[Invited Talk] A physical limit in information communication -- a hidden mechanism in injection locking, generalized Fisher information, and Tsallis statistics --
Hisa-Aki Tanaka (UEC) NLP2016-25 CCS2016-8
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Holder's inequality, which was found by two mathematicians Rogers (1888) and Holder (1889) independently, is now one of the most essential inequalities in mathematics, especially in functional analysis. Despite of its daily use in mathematics, a useful `physical' interpretation of this inequality has never been reported until 2014 as far as the author knows. This talk presents elegant solutions to some issues related to information communications, which have been recently obtained by this inequality.
