| (in English) | In this paper, we deal with the removal of the random-valued impulse noise in the image. The random-valued impulse noise in the image is the noise that the luminance in the random position is random value. We improve the recent noise detector using a non-local search of similar structure, for noise detection in high noise density. We propose the new noise removal algorithm by the sparse representation using the DCT basis. Using the sparse representation enables the noise removal based on the neighbor image structure. We confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method quantitatively and qualitatively. | |
