Quantum key distribution protocol with slow basis choice

(in English) In order to improve the key generation rate of the quantum key distribution (QKD) protocols, we try to
make the signal repetition rate as high as possible. On the other hand, the basis of the apparatuses is supposed to be
rerolled every repetition. It means that we consume the random numbers rapidly and have to make the apparatuses from the elements having the quick response. We show that if the QKD protocol satisfies the specific conditions, we can construct its modified version where we do not reroll the basis every repetition and prove its security. We also show that its key generation rate is almost the same if we decrease the rate of basis changes to the rate of the detections. It allows us to decrease the consumption of the random numbers and to use the slow devices at the
receiver’s side.
