Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In this report, we evaluate experimental performance of tracking lters using position and acceleration measurements considering sensor fusion of ranging sensors (radar, sonar, etc.) and accelerometers. Our proposed position-acceleration-measured (PAM) fi lter is compared with an extended Kalman lter (EKF) de ned for the assumed system. Experiments using ultrasonic range nders and an accelerometer verify that our proposed PAM fi lter achieves sufficient accuracy and lower computational load compared with the EKF.
