In IEEE 802.11n wireless LAN, there is a problem that influences performance of TCP communication when power save function is operating for scanning available access points. In paper, we show the result of experiments on this problem for uploading and downloading TCP data transfer over 802.11n wireless LAN. For the uploading transfer, we analyzed the influence of throughput by power save function and the TCP small queues that limit the amount of data in wireless LAN's queue. For the downloading transfer, we showed the influence of A-MPDU transmission rate at the access point. |
