MACKEY type O with dual band characterislics using offset feed technique

(in English) In the pervious paper, a MACKEY(Metamaterial Antenna Chip developed by KIT EOE Labo-ratory) was proposed and shown that MACKEY was a very small antenna and also it worked not only in free space but also no a metalic plate. In this paper, a dual band MACKEY with offset feed will be shown. And the characteristics will be verified by analytical and measured results.
