Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) We clarify the relation between topics of tweets and employee’s willingness on overtime work. The unwilling overtime work of employee are undesirable for employees themselves and their companies. We succeeded in collecting the sets of three kinds of data, which are work willingness of employees, their overtime hour, and their tweets. In this paper, the topics of tweets are extracted using LDA, and the topics are analyzed with respect to the relations between the employee willingness to work and their overtime using the two way analysis of variance. As the results, the topics of tweets can characterize the two types of the overtime work.
