In the paper, we evaluate MU-MIMO system performance using novel transmit precoding named ``nonlinear block multi-diagonalization (NL-BMD) precoding,'' composed of block multi-diagonalization and adjacent inter-user interference pre-canceling, for downlink in 5G.
Various new applications will be realized on 5G. So stable transmit performance in various environment is important.
We assumed the MU-MIMO system using analog beam-former and digital MIMO processing, and evaluated system throughput by computer simulation.
This paper shows the results that the NL-BMD has superior performance even if some users are located in close positions. |
