[Poster Presentation] Method for Removing Noise due to Magnetic Flux Trap in HTS-SQUID Magnetometers Based on Mean-Shift Clustering

(in English) By the piezo magnetic effect due to the fault movement associated with the occurrence of earthquake ,variation of geomagnetic field has been observed. This observation results supports a feasibility of a new system for a super-early warning of destructive earthquakes. To observe minute geomagnetic fluctuations of the piezo-magnetic effect, the geomagnetic observation using HTS-SQUID magnetometers have been introduced. The HTS-SQUID magnetometer, however, is used in the environment without the magnetic shielding for the geomagnetic observation. Therefore, the noise of the magnetic flux trap may be superimposed on these signals. Although the removal of noise such as a median filter is used, no sufficient effect can be obtained. In this paper, we propose a method to remove the noise of the magnetic flux traps that are included in the observed signal by using the Mean-Shift based filtering.
