| (in English) | ``Yuru-chara'' is a mascot which has been produced for advertising and economic development projects in local areas and governments. The popularity of yuru-chara can affect the effectiveness of local advertisement. In this paper, we extract features from the images of yuru-chara and synthesized speeches of the names to discover the factors that determine the popularity by learning the popularity ranking. As a result, we found that yellow-green contribute to the popularity. In addition, we found the increased amplitude at approximately 250 Hz in the spectrogram corresponding to the popular yuru-chara. Moreover, we showed that we can roughly predict the popularity. |
