In the construction of 3D cells for mobile communication systems, the interference between indoor base stations becomes easy to occur. Therefore, the prediction method of propagation loss between indoors is required. This report proposes the prediction formula for propagation loss between indoors on microwave band in micro-cells. In this proposed formula, the applicable range of height of transmitting station and receiving station is ground floor to roof. We confirmed that the propagation characteristics in scale model are the same as those in real to examine the formula using scale model method. Also we examined the frequency characteristics of propagation loss between indoors. |
