| (in English) | The isomorphism of polynomials with two secret (IP2S) problem is one candidate of computational assumptions for post-quantum cryptography. In 1996, Patarin introduced the identification scheme based on IP2S problem in the form of interactive zero-knowledge proof. However, the security of the scheme is not entirely clear since the scheme has not been formally proven secure against adversarial scenarios towards identification scheme. In this paper, we propose a new identification scheme which is essentially a generalization of the Patarin’s identification scheme. In the new scheme, the prover may have a secret key with a public restricted format. In order to accommodate this new scheme, we extend the IP2S problem into a more general problem and prove the security of the new scheme against impersonation under passive, sequential active, and concurrent active attacks. We propose new secure parameters and several methods to reduce the implementation cost. Using the proposed methods, we successfully obtain huge cuts on the storage cost and average communication cost which opens the possibility of implementation of the proposed scheme on lightweight devices. |
