| 抄録 | （和） | 本研究はe-Learningを受講登録した本人が受講しているかどうかを認証する手法を開発することを目的とする．e-Learning受講者を認証する方法として，Webカメラを用いた顔認証が挙げられる．著者らは入力画像から顔画像情報ベクトルを抽出し，登録顔情報ベクトルに加算して逐次的に登録情報の更新を行う登録画像逐次更新法を提案した．先行研究では提案法をなりすましが発生した状況に適用し，効果を検証した．その結果，更新法がなりすましに対して一定の効果があることが明らかになったが，なりすまし発生後の更新により認証精度が低下することがわかった．本稿では，通常の顔認証手法で算出した類似度に基づいて，更新の有無および入力顔情報を重み付けして加算する方法を提案した．分析を行った結果，提案法は先行研究で提案した方法よりも認証精度が向上した． |
| （英） | This study aims to develop the method to confirm whether an attendee in e-Learning class is a registered person or not. The face recognition using web-camera has been employed to authenticate the attendee. We proposed a method adding the feature vector extracted from the input face image into the feature vector extracted from the registered face image, and named this method ``update method''. In the previous research, the update method were shown to be useful by experiment and analysis. However an authentication accuracy declined when registered information was updated after a spoofing occurred. We considered that some conditions have to be set on the updating, in order to improve the authentication accuracy. In this paper, we proposed the new update method with update threshold and weighting coefficient determined by conventional face authentication method. We analyzed the authentication accuracy of the new update method and found that accuracy of new method is higher than accuracy of old method. In particular, the update threshold and weighting coefficient improved EER(Error Equal Rate) by more than 10%. | |
