A handover method focused on distribution data information

(in English) Increasing cellular download traffic by smartphones causes spectrum crisis. We are studying a high reliability data distribution protocol using peer-to-peer communication. However, it has a problem that it takes longer time if a node with weak connection existed. In this paper, we propose a handover method to associate a station with weak connection to a better access point which immediately sends data required by the station. The result of simulations show maximum 77% reduction in time required for data distribution.
