An Efficient Content Searching Method Using Contents Popularity and Degree of Nodes in Unstructured Peer-to-Peer Networks with Cache Routers

(in English) We have proposed content searching methods, in which shared content items and their transmission records (TR) are cached on relay peers and routers, under the condition where cache routers are available in unstructured peer-to-peer networks. However, the problem is that contents loss and query guiding failure occur because of frequent cache replacement. Therefore in this report, we propose a new method that decides which shared content item should be stored in which router depending on each content item's popularity and each router's connection degrees. In addition, we discuss the effectiveness of the proposed method based on the results of computer simulations.
