(in English) In recent years, social networking services have been popular. By such services, information such as news and rumors spread faster and faster. This sometimes causes “Flash-Crowd” to web-servers. In “Flash-Crowd,” a large number of requests arrive at the web servers in a short period. This increases page load times and deteriorates user experiences. In this paper, we propose a system that improve user experiences by separately processing the “Flash-Crowd”-like requests based on their referrers.
