LED visible light communication using 16-element LED array and 120-fps CMOS image sensor in rolling shutter mode

(in English) In order to increase the symbol rate of the image-sensor-based visible light communication, 120-fps CMOS image sensor in rolling shutter mode was used. Synchronization algorithm to increase the symbol rate up to 100 symbols per second has been developed. Moreover, in order to increase the bitrate of the image-sensor-based visible light communication, 16-element LED array was combined with the 120-fps CMOS image sensor and bit rates as high as 1 kbps were achieved.
