(in English) By the conventional non-contact acoustic inspection method, the length of the measurement time at the time of a two-dimensional scan had become a problem. This is caused by the time length of the emitted sound wave. However, since sufficient vibrational energy is not obtained and also a time gate cannot be effectively used, either, if two or more frequency is simply mixed with within a short time, S/N ratio will deteriorate. This time, improvement in the measurement speed of the non-contact acoustic inspection method using the multi-tone burst wave which can use a measurable time zone effectively to the utmost is studied using a time gate and a frequency gate.
