This study, the mathematical relationship between the parameters and the productivity evaluation function that determines the system design limit time as one of important factor for successful system development, and intended to take advantage upstream of system development. Still today, It’s common to try to ensure the Delivery time, Quality and Cost of system in the upstream process of system development, we depend on the predicted rough system design limit time based on empirical knowledge and system requirements specification. on the other hand, success stories are few in general. In order to prevent the so-called project collapsed, our method based on Bounded Rationality is useful for recent increase of the development risk associated with large scale and complexity of the system. |
