The evacuation route of large-scale facilities is complicated, and it is necessary to make a disaster prevention plan in order to save the many lives during an emergency. However it is difficult to evacuate as scheduled because it is assumed at the time of the refuge that evacuee fall into a panic state. In this paper we propose exhaustive analytical method of the combination of conditions to fall into excessive evacuation time. We confirm the effectiveness of our approach by the refuge simulation in the theatre. |
