Design Proposal of Skill Ontology for Skill Learning

(in English) It is useful to develop ontology regarding skills to clarify a relationship between the skills and words. For example, learners can describe ideas to learn a skill by using skill ontology, and a learning support system can diagnose a learner’s skill and give some advice to him/her. In this paper, we discuss how to develop the skill ontology.
