| (in English) | Current injection type DC electroluminescent (EL) devices having a polycrystalline CuAlS2:Mn phosphor layer have been prepared on the various substrate such as ZnO/quartz, SiO2/ITO/quartz, and SiO2/Si. The rectification property was observed only for the device on the SiO2/Si, however, no EL emission was observed. It is considered that the smooth surface of the substrate is essential to obtain the stable rectification. | |
