Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In this paper, a suppressing design technique of the unnecessary parasitic ringing caused by resonance phenomena between the output capacitance of the switching device and the resonant inductor is shown. We organized the principle of occurrence of parasitic ringing of ZCS-DC-DC converter, and confirm the proposed technique which can reduce the unnecessary ringing by simulation and experiment. The experimental result of the prototype circuit shows that switching loss can be reduced by proposed technique.
