In this study, we make a Municipality CMS for Linked Open Data (LOD) generation. We realize an information exchange and an information transmission around a tourism using this CMS. This is aiming at regional activation. In this paper, we describe a method to convert an article data of Twitter into a triple data. In addition, we describe a multiple label propagation algorism for realizing the link of the isolated triple data. The multiple labels propagation is an algorithm that was allowed to impart multiple labels to a single node. It is possible to estimate categories in view of the ambiguity of a vocabulary. We found the following things by two evaluation experiments. An accuracy of the triple data convert method is about 76.9%. In addition, the accuracy of the multiple label propagation is more than 90% in about 6.6 % teacher data for the graph data. |
