Unnormalized bilateral filter on graph spectral domain and its applications to image processing

(in English) In this report, we propose unnormalized bilateral filter on graph spectral domain.
Since the spectral response of bilateral filter in the graph spectral domain can be designed arbitrarily depending on applications, it presents better performance than the conventional bilateral filter.
It is known that a recent advance on bilateral filter, unnormalized bilateral filter, prevents over-smoothing and undesired artifacts around edges.
We show unnormalized bilateral filter can be defined as a graph spectral domain transform, and apply the proposed method to a few image processing applications.
