Group Shuffled BP decoding based on Local Girth

(in English) The Low-Density Parity-Check(LDPC) codes exhibit good performance by the Belief Propagation (BP) decoding. The Group Shuffled Belief Propagation decoding, which is an extension of the BP decoding, can exhibit better performance than BP decoding by partitioning variable nodes in a Tanner graph into suitable groups. In this paper, we propose a new grouping scheme based on local girths of variable nodes.
