Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In order to use a sound source and several reflective elements, apparatus for focusing acoustic waves emitted from the ultrasonic sound source has many parts. To solve this problem, we considered the sound source combined the reflecting plate with the vibrating plate. It is clear that the sound waves are focused by the unitize sound source. In this paper, we studied the internal and external sound pressure distribution due to change in the height and shape of the cylindrical rigid wall. As the results, the sound pressure of the focal point is increased by changing the height and the internal diameter of the cylindrical rigid wall.
