Emergency stop device for human-operated must be quickly and reliably operated. However, speed and certainty are inversely related. It is necessary to clarify the arrangement condition in consideration of an appropriate balance of both speed and certainty. Therefore, targeting collaborative work that humans and robots coexist, it has built a measurement system to analyze on the basis of human three-dimensional motion trajectory in image analysis by a stereo camera. We suggested a method for deriving such as optimal placement conditions described in Section 10.1.2 JISB9960-1 based on the measurement results. The preliminary measurement was carried out based on this result. It was possible to extract operation time for an emergency stop button, and hypotheses and parameters on the optimum placement conditions normalized by the height of the person. |
