大学評価支援へ向けた評価指標・エビデンスの可視化

大学評価の効果的・効率的な遂行においては，大学の評価担当者と評価機関のピア・レビューアーの間での円滑なコミュニケーションが必要である．しかし，多くの評価の基準・観点において，評価の根拠として用いるための指標・エビデンスが定まっていないことから，その収集や妥当性の評価に関連して双方に負担が生じ，評価疲れの声が聞かれる．これらの支援へ向け，過去に行われた評価の評価結果報告書の内容分析を通し，指標・エビデンスを探索的に抽出した．指標・エビデンスの出現頻度やその経年的な変化をコレスポンデンス分析したものを，グラフ表現により可視化することを通じて，評価担当者及びピア・レビューアーをサポートするためのシステムについて検討を行った． |

There is a growing demand for making for smoother communication between the universities and evaluation organization to perform the university evaluation in an effective and efficient manner. However, the absence of standardized indicators and evidences in most standards and viewpoints makes it difficult to prepare for the self-evaluation reports and to check the validity of the indicators. To support this situation, the indicators and evidences for each standards and viewpoints are exploratory extracted by means of the content analysis of the past evaluation reports. The system for supporting the self-evaluator and peer-reviewer was suggested by visualizing the appearance frequency of indicators and its annual changes resulting from the correspondence analysis. |
