There is a growing demand for making for smoother communication between the universities and evaluation organization to perform the university evaluation in an effective and efficient manner. However, the absence of standardized indicators and evidences in most standards and viewpoints makes it difficult to prepare for the self-evaluation reports and to check the validity of the indicators. To support this situation, the indicators and evidences for each standards and viewpoints are exploratory extracted by means of the content analysis of the past evaluation reports. The system for supporting the self-evaluator and peer-reviewer was suggested by visualizing the appearance frequency of indicators and its annual changes resulting from the correspondence analysis.
