We examine relationship between logical structure of participants’ utterances and evaluator‘s evaluation in Grope Discussion (GD) of employment applicants. In GD, logical structure of utterances is important end-point. But it is not clear the relationship between speaker's utterances and the evaluator's evaluations. Therefore we transcribed videotape of group discussion and considered between structure and evaluation of utterances. As a Result, we showed that there was not match to results between evaluation in real time in GD scene and detailed evaluation of the utterance structure. The result suggested the possibility that evaluators who were present at the GD evaluated the remark of the participant by the logical structure on the surface structure.
