We have proposed a multi-modal visualization application in order to support deaf and hard of hearing people in understanding conversation with hearing people. This application supports understanding conversation by presenting visualization modeswhich visualize various information, such as text from voice recognition, a shape of the speaker's mouth or other valuable information in delivering the content of the speech. However, the previous work did not discuss how we support development of visualization modes. In this paper, we tackle to support development of visualization modes on the multi-modal visualization application. We apply the idea of inversion of control to this application in order to simplify the development. In addition, we realize data communication across visualization modes and across clients, and discuss the system to publish and share visualization modes. |
