Viewpoint Presentation and Comparison for Investigative Learning on the Web

(in English) Web provides a huge number of information resources that are described from various points of view. These Web resources allow learners to investigate a topic from multiple viewpoints to learn, which induce them to obtain a deeper understanding of the topic. However, it is not so easy for learners to execute such investigative learning process. In this paper, we propose a model of presenting several viewpoints for the investigative learning to induce the learners to compare the contents learned from each viewpoint. The viewpoints are classified according to the topic categories. This paper also demonstrates a system where the learners can execute the investigative learning as modeled.
