[Poster Presentation] Full-span log-linear model with L1 reguralization and its performance

(in English) The full-span log-linear model is a log-linear model that has sufficient number of basis functions so that it is able to represent arbitrary Gibbs distributions.
Applying L_1 regularization for the learning of the full-span log-linear model, we can automatically obtain a model that has a small numbers of parameters; nevertheless, it flexibly represents various distributions for various target systems.
In this paper, theoretical properties of the full-span log-linear model that has hidden variables are shown.
Furthermore, we show performance comparisons between a full-span log-linear model and a Boltzmann machine.
