Construction of the minimal sufficient POVM on a separable Hilbert space and its uniqueness

(in English) In this talk I introduce the conept of the minimal sufficiency for the positive-operator valued measure (POVM), which is the least redundant POVM among POVMs that have the equivalent information about the measured quantum system. Assuming that the system Hilbert space is separable, I show that any POVM is reduced to a minimal sufficient POVM by a statistic called Lehmann-Scheffe-Bahadur statistic and that such POVM is unique up to relabeling neglecting null sets.
