| (in English) | This presentation gives some background and motivations on mobile IP, as well as some limitations and challenge issues. Although it seems that real mobile IP deployment is facing some difficulty and not widely used however it is still an important part of the growing of the Internet. In this talk, some of our previous works on mobile IP will be presented, e.g. secured neighbor discovery, optimisation of Nested NEMO, mobile IP without home agent. We are now working on distributed heterogeneous mobile IP to be a universal mobility, while currently host based and network mobile IPs encounter some limitations. Performance of the proposed scheme will be presented. Discussion of IoT (Internet of Things) mobility based on mobile IP mechanism will be given. | |
