Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) 2015 autumn , catastrophic occur flood damage that led to the damage of heavy rain damage amounts to Joso-city rice harvest is estimated to be 5 billion yen . The importance of that hit Umate go to protect the lives and safety of agricultural workers has been recognized . By measuring and forecasting the weather in fine-grained for farmers facing the nature , is becoming extremely important to protect themselves and crops from natural fury. We propose several system like wearable sensors for agriculture in the present study , real-time WEB-API technology for delicate sensing data using the X-Band radar , and the need for research on this field stated , such as automatic patrol measurement system by a small buggy.
