A study of Populations of Convergent and Non-Convergent Particles in PSO

(in English) Previously, we proposed a PSO model named PSO-NSP. PSO-NSP has convergent particles called normal particles which converge to global best position (GBP) and non-convergent particles called searching particles which converge to GBP or diverge from GBP. In this report, we propose a population control method for PSO-NSP based on GB improvement and evaluate the performance using some benchmark problems.
