Thermoelectric generation has been attracting attention for effective use of waste heat. A stacked monolithic element is expected as high voltage and highly reliable solid-state device. In this study, we tried to fabricate Co349 thick films with aerosol deposition (AD) method, and the effects of grain size of Co349 on the deposition rate and thermoelectric properties were evaluated. The use of fine powder was found to be effective to achieve high deposition rate and good thermoelectric properties. |
