Semi-automated measurement of mean cerebral blood flow based on dynamic scintigrams

(in English) Patlak plot法は, 脳血流シンチグラフィにおいて低侵襲な平均脳血流量(mCBF)の測定法として利用される. mCBFの値の再現性は認知症の診断に重要である. しかし手動操作による大脳半球, 大動脈弓のROIの設定は、測定値の再現性に影響する. 今回我々は関心領域の設定を行うことでmCBFを算出する半自動解析法を開発した. 44症例を用いて, 5名の診療放射線技師の手動による測定値と本手法による測定値の比較を行った. その結果本手法による測定値は左脳37症例, 右脳30症例で5名の技師のばらつきの範囲内に収まり, 5名の測定者による測定値との相関は0.83から0.93であった. よって提案する本手法は手動操作による測定者間のばらつきを低減する可能性がある.
