| 抄録 | （和） | ASEAN Free Trade Area has set the standard of products to replace the existing tax measures. In this matter is enforce the manufacturer, and the exporter try to improve and increase their products qualities to meet the standard requirements, in order to be able to compete with other ASEAN member countries. The testing laboratory which have been recognized in the ASEAN region will be the core infrastructure to reduce the cost and timeline for testing, and also help to increase competitiveness including to protect the import products that are not meet the standard into the countries. The trade liberalization will widely affect with the Thai industries for manufacturer and both exports and imports of Electrical and Electronic products and Automotive products in the 10 ASEAN member countries due to the new ASEAN standard. For the adaptation of the industries in Thailand to survive and create new trade opportunities in the ASEAN. They need to be developed to enhance the quality of their products, and services based on scientific and technology knowledge to provide products and services that are base on the International Standards, customer requirement and compliance with the current social situation. Nowadays, Electrical and Electronics and Automotive industries are particularly important in the economy of the country. They can generate revenues from exports to many countries, and also have a rapidly growing and benefiting the economies for both direct and indirect such as; the increased investment, the increased employment, and the new researchers. For the exporting of electrical electronics products and automotive products, the industries in Thailand will be exported to various countries such as; European Union(EU), United States of America, Asia and the ASEAN region, which is to be a one of the big market in the world market, soon. On the plan to AEC market in 2015, the exporting for Electrical, Electronics products and Automotive products are required to supply testing ,verification, and certification according to individual countries standard such as FCC standards, CE standards and E-mark standards, etc. Currently standard of ASEAN (AEC) also is enforced for support the market. Therefore, the ability of business and industries in ASEAN are base on the standards established by ASEAN regulation. In addition, the products that need to sell in ASEAN market must be tested by a high quality laboratory that was recognized by the internationally standards organization, in order to protect consumers from un-safety products. |
