Feature Points-based Model-Free Object Trajectory Detection

(in English) This paper proposes a feature points-based model-free object trajectory detection method. In our method, fi rst, feature points detected by each frame are connected between the frames and short temporary flows are generated to the time axis. Next flows of moving objects are detected by connection and integration processes, and flows that are not integrated are deleted. Finally, the object trajectories are detected based on the amount of
movement of the flow. It was con firmed that proposed method is able to detect the trajectories of bicycle and car as well as the person through various experiments using two public data sets. Moreover, the proposed method is
off-line processing, but it was con firmed that the proposed method can be detect multiple trajectories, and is robust in the crowded environment.
