Recently, network virtualization in term of Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and SDN has been great concern owing to emerging virtualization technology of cloud servers. Network edge equipment is important and complicated function in the network edge in order to keep fairness and security and so on. We propose novel wavelength add drop multiplexer configuration for virtual network edge architecture to treat traffic flow control and to utilize resource of metro network efficiently. In addition, fast wavelength channel switching for live migration is proposed. |
