Construction of Virtual Experiment Environment using Velocity Control based Approach for Doppler Effect Learning

(in English) In this paper, experience based Doppler effect learning support system was developed. For hearing change of sound by Doppler effect, a learner have to stable control the velocity of the sound source and the observer. So the system which a leaner can control the velocity of the sound source and the observer on two-dimensional surface in the virtual experiment environment is developed. By controlling velocity of the observer and the sound source, a leaner can experiment of the Doppler effect in a variety of exercise conditions. A learner can look around the virtual experiment environment using the HMD, and can hear a sound observed in the position of the observer in the virtual experiment environment. From the verification experimental results, we confirmed that the subjects can experiment of the Doppler effect.
