(事前公開アブストラクト) The objective of this study is to search for and clarify issues and meanings related to the work of disabled individuals from the free descriptive answer text by the disabled in regard to their work. Furthermore, from these results, we examine methods of effective employment support for the disabled.
This study performs a secondary analysis on part of the survey data from a study concerning the work of disabled individuals (Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers, JEED, 2011). Its subjects involved 349 visually impaired people (181 males, 160 women, average age 49.7±13.7 years), 651 physically handicapped people (369 males, 257 women, average age 47.6±13.9 years), 430 mentally-handicapped people (267 males, 157 women, average age 32.9 ±11.2 years), and 597 people with a psychiatric disorder (321 men, 256 women, average age 40.5 ±12.2 years).
For text mining, the text mining software KH Coder (Ver2β32; 2014) was used. The morphological analysis used Chasen within KH Coder.
In regard to the free expression content of disabled person , the results of the analysis obtained through text mining suggest that there are characteristics for disabled people as a whole and characteristics for each disability. |
