| (in English) | Hirashima et al. use the term “computation processes” to describe problem-solving processes in physics education for deriving solutions that involve generating solution-containing structures. Such structures are defined as being either solution structures or constraint structures. We consider application of this process to the study of intellectual property law, and attempt to define the problem-solving process in the context of studying this topic. Constraint-structure relationships in physics learning are denoted by mathematical expressions such as equations and inequalities, but in the context of intellectual property law, such relationships can be denoted by logic statements. Here, we create a trial system based on these statements, and perform validation experiments. The results indicate that a system based on the proposed model can be useful for improving problem-solving capabilities in intellectual property law. |
