| (in English) | Since understanding the user's skills (rapidly achieving the goal without error) is critical when providing ICT (Information and Communication Technology) services, we urgently need highly efficient methods of determining said skills. Conventionally, questionnaires or task records are used to evaluate ICT skills, but users find them burdensome. In order to evaluate ICT skills automatically, we conduct experiments with 4 participants, and extract ICT skills metrics from logs of tablet operations. We find that task time and number of errors are high if touch pressure is weak, touch area is small, and the absolute value of power index calculated from distribution of time interval of touch is small. This suggests that touch pressure, touch area, and distribution of time interval of touch, can be used as ICT skills metrics. | |
