Study on vibration sensing technique using Fabry-Perot interferometer with optical fibers

(in English) We constructed the Fabry-Perot interferometer using two facing spherically polished ferrule endfaces attached to single-mode fibers. This interferometer with a DFB-LD and a fiber coupler could be detected micro-vibration of 2.4 nm amplitude.
