Linear Equivalent Circuit Modeling of Power Converter Circuit for Conducted Disturbance Estimation -- Impact Investigation of Switching Frequency Fluctuation --

(in English) For the purpose of efficient conducted disturbance reduction design in power conversion circuit, we have developed a linear equivalent circuit model to predict the conducted disturbance at the design stage.
So far, we predicted the magnitude of the conducted disturbance of an induction heater.
However, the impedance of the model parameter did not show the characteristic of a combination of the linear circuit elements, ${sl R}$, ${sl L}$, ${sl C}$.
In this paper, we examined the variation of the switching frequency of the IGBT as one of the causes.
We improved the measurement for model identification measurement.
By using the improved measurement method, we identified model parameters and compared with previous ones.
As a result, the switching frequency variation of the IGBT is shown that effect on the model identification.
