In previous study, Rolling Circle Amplification (RCA), which is one of enzymatic DNA replication reaction, was accelerated by microwave heating. To examine heating by the microwave in detail, we measured permittivity of the solutions. As a result, we found that the relative dielectric loss εr" and tan δ of the buffer ingredient of the RCA reaction system are large. Moreover, the tendency of resonance mode in the equipment by the simulation agrees the S parameter measured by the network analyzer. |
