Power generation of the organic thin film solar cell of bulk hetero structure depends on the polymer thickness and stirring condition of the organic solution. In this study, in order to stabilize the thickness of the organic layer, we changed the masking tape used for the etching of ITO and the mask used for area determination of Al. In addition, in order to stabilize the stirring method of the organic solution, we changed the solution stirring time, temperature, and the filter process. It was possible to suppress the variation of the power generation efficiency of the organic thin-film solar cell. |
